Elance hiring tip

As a follow up to my last general post about eLance. Basically if you look at the job feedback for a contractor and they have lots of jobs complete and no feedback given for those jobs that means you should stay away from that contractor, even if that contractor has a really good overall rating (4.8+/5). I think what’s happening is that people don’t want to give negative feedback even if the contractor did a terrible job, first because the contractor could then leave the employer bad feedback in return, and 2nd because nobody wants to burn bridges, so what happens I think if people are not happy is that they just don’t leave any feedback at all.
